Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Limcrp application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our application.

Application Description

Limcrp is a movie puzzle challenge application that provides:

• Interactive movie-themed puzzle experiences
• Brain training exercises with cognitive challenges
• Achievement and progress tracking systems
• Coin-based in-app purchase system

The application is designed for entertainment and mental exercise purposes only.

Use License

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use Limcrp strictly in accordance with these terms.

You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or disassemble the application
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the application for any commercial purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated systems to interact with the application

In-App Purchases and Coins

Limcrp operates on a coin-based system where users can purchase coins to enhance their experience within the application.

Important Purchase Terms:

1. No Subscriptions: We do not offer subscription-based services. All purchases are one-time transactions for coins.
2. Coin Usage: Coins can be used within the application for various features and enhancements as described in the app.
3. No Refunds: All coin purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
4. Payment Processing: All payments are processed through Apple's App Store, subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
5. Coin Balance: Your coin balance is tied to your user account and cannot be transferred between users.

User Conduct

When using Limcrp, you agree to:

• Use the application in a responsible and lawful manner
• Respect intellectual property rights of movie content featured in puzzles
• Not attempt to cheat, hack, or exploit the application
• Not share or distribute your user credentials
• Report any bugs or security issues responsibly

Intellectual Property

The Limcrp application, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Movie content used in puzzles is used under fair use principles for educational and entertainment purposes. All movie-related intellectual property remains the property of their respective owners.

Application Availability

We strive to keep Limcrp available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Temporarily suspend the application for maintenance
• Update features and functionality
• Modify or discontinue certain features
• Release new versions with improvements

We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes when possible.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Limcrp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

Your use of the application is at your own risk, and you assume full responsibility for any risks associated with its use.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of Limcrp.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Limcrp immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Service.

You may terminate your use of the application at any time by deleting it from your device.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and posting the new terms in the application.

Your continued use of Limcrp after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms will be brought exclusively in the appropriate jurisdiction.
